These terms govern your use of the website and services of Freedman Capital Group, LLC (“FCG”, “we”). By using the site or our services you agree to them.
What we do
FCG acts as a commercial loan broker and matches businesses seeking capital with lenders and investors, and operates related software services. We are not a lender. Nothing on this site is an offer to lend, a commitment to lend, or investment advice. Any financing is subject to the terms, underwriting and approval of the provider making it.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, keep any account credentials secure, and use the services only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account.
SMS messaging terms
If you provide a mobile number and consent to receive text messages, the following apply:
- What you receive: transactional service messages about your request or account — status updates, items awaiting your approval, and billing notices. These are not marketing messages.
- Who sends them: Freedman Capital Group, or the business using our software that you are dealing with. Messages identify the sender.
- How often: message frequency varies, depending on the activity on your request or account.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for messages.
- To stop: reply STOP at any time and you will receive no further texts. Opt-outs are recorded permanently. Reply START to resubscribe.
- For help: reply HELP, or contact us using the details below.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving any service.
Intellectual property
The site and its content are owned by FCG or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute it except as permitted by law.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and services are provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FCG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.
Third-party sites
We link to sites we do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
